Qualifications & Experience

• Age between 20 and 30 years.
• Around 1 year of experience in customer care is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written Tamil is mandatory.
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Previous experience in complaints handling or customer service will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
