Key Responsibilities

• Promote Bancassurance products through partnered bank branches.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with bank staff and customers.
• Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
• Develop new customer relationships and business opportunities.
• Generate leads and support the conversion of prospective customers into clients.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and key performance objectives.
• Provide excellent customer service and support.
• Maintain regular communication with customers and banking partners.
• Follow up on customer requirements and provide timely assistance.
• Support policyholder satisfaction and long-term customer relationships.
• Represent Union Assurance professionally when interacting with customers and business partners.
• Contribute to the overall growth and success of the Bancassurance sales team.
