Qualifications & Experience

Applicants should possess:

• Successful completion of G.C.E. A/L.
• A pleasant personality with strong public relations and customer management skills.
• Previous experience in a similar capacity will be an added advantage.
• Good computer literacy, particularly in:
  • Microsoft Excel
  • Microsoft Word
  • Microsoft PowerPoint

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare lease agreements.
• Prepare approval sheets.
• Prepare applications and related documentation.
• Prepare insurance documents.
• Prepare and maintain supporting documents.
• Assist with customer-related documentation and processes.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Support effective public relations and customer management activities.
• Assist the branch in providing efficient client care and service.

Required Skills

• Strong customer service and client-handling skills.
• Good public relations skills.
• Pleasant and professional personality.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage customer documentation accurately.
• Computer literacy in MS Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint.
