Dialog Finance PLC is seeking a motivated and customer-focused professional to join its team as Executive – Collections & Recoveries. This role is responsible for managing recovery operations, engaging with customers, and ensuring timely collections while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Position Details

The Executive – Collections & Recoveries will be responsible for achieving assigned recovery targets, conducting customer visits, negotiating repayment arrangements, and maintaining accurate recovery records.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, negotiation abilities, and experience in collections, recoveries, banking, finance, or related fields.

Qualifications & Experience

• G.C.E. Advanced Level qualification
• Diploma or professional qualification in Business, Finance, Banking, or a related field will be an added advantage
• 2–4 years of experience in Collections, Recoveries, Banking, Finance, or a related field
• Experience in field recoveries and customer negotiations will be preferred
• Possession of a valid driving licence and own motorbike will be an advantage

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned recovery and collection targets
• Conduct field visits and engage with customers regarding overdue accounts
• Negotiate repayment plans and settlement arrangements
• Monitor recovery cases and ensure timely follow-ups
• Maintain accurate recovery records and reports
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support recovery activities
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships throughout the recovery process

• Ability to work independently and meet recovery targets
• Good knowledge of collection and recovery processes
