Qualifications & Requirements

Applicants should possess the following qualifications and experience:

• Minimum 5–6 years of banking experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in the capacity of Executive or Executive Officer.
• Strong analytical skills and knowledge of loan documentation.
• Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities.
• High attention to detail, quality, and accuracy.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
• Commitment to achieving both individual and team targets.
• Completion of Banking or a Diploma in Credit Management will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Achieving aggressive revenue and portfolio growth targets.
• Analyzing customers’ creditworthiness and recommending suitable credit facilities.
• Preparing credit documentation for approvals and loan disbursements.
• Conducting timely facility reviews and recommending restructures or enhancements where necessary.
• Managing the recovery process through proactive customer follow-ups.
• Conducting customer visits and inspections while continuously monitoring loan portfolios.
• Ensuring compliance with operational procedures, pricing reviews, and credit policies.
• Monitoring non-performing assets (NPAs) and taking necessary recovery actions.
• Coordinating with internal departments to expedite timely disbursement of credit facilities.
