Qualifications & Requirements

Applicants should meet the following requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in the Recovery or Collections field.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Valid motorcycle riding licence.
• Willingness to work in the field.
• Passed or sitting for the G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L) examination in any stream.

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Recovering overdue payments through field visits and customer follow-ups.
• Negotiating repayment arrangements while maintaining positive customer relationships.
• Updating collection records and preparing recovery reports.
• Coordinating with internal departments to resolve recovery-related matters.
• Ensuring all recovery activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.
