Qualifications & Experience
1. Customer Care Manager
More than 3 years of experience in front desk operations, office administration, or facilities coordination.
Detail-oriented with a proactive, go-getter attitude.
2. Senior Customer Care Officer
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Customer Service, with a preference for healthcare or hospitality sectors.
Possesses the maturity to handle complex patient interactions with grace.
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Care Manager
Oversee the patient relations department to maintain high service standards.
Coordinate daily frontline workflows, administration, and facilities alignment.
2. Senior Customer Care Officer
Handle complex billing and cash management operations with high accuracy.
Manage service recovery protocols independently to ensure patient satisfaction.
Deliver high-quality frontline interactions and resolve complex patient requirements.
Required Skills
Strong communication skills with professional fluency in English and Sinhala; proficiency in Tamil is an added advantage.
Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent interpersonal, multitasking, and strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively on a roster basis.
