Qualifications & Experience

• Following a degree in Finance Management, AAT completed, or CA business level

• 2 years of experience in a similar capacity

• Prior background or exposure to working inside a corporate or healthcare accounting department is preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day accounting workflows and financial tasks across the Accounts department

• Maintain and verify the accuracy, compliance, and structural efficiency of accounting records

• Assist in generating precise financial statements, logs, and cost reports for administrative overview

• Support internal financial teams to streamline invoicing, transaction handling, and bookkeeping tasks

Required Skills

• Confident communicator with good communication skills in English and Sinhala is a must (Tamil would be an added advantage)

• Ability to work with ERP Accounting Software will be an added advantage

• Proficiency in MS Office packages

• Willingness to learn and desire to work in a challenging environment

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• A keen eye for detail and a strong passion for accounting
