Qualifications & Experience

1. Customer Relations Executive

• Age preferably over 30 years

• 4-5 years of experience in a customer-facing role

• Previous experience in a hospital or healthcare setting will be an added advantage

• Willingness to work on a roster, including night shifts

2. Customer Relations Associate

• Age between 20-30 years

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service, front office, or administrative role

• Background in a healthcare or hospital setting will be an added advantage

• Willingness to work on rotational shifts including nights

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Relations Executive

• Responsible for managing front office interactions professionally

• Assisting patients and visitors to deliver a seamless care journey

• Ensuring smooth coordination between various hospital departments while upholding rigorous service standards

2. Customer Relations Associate

• Serves as the first point of contact at the front desk

• Offers prompt support, guidance, and direction to patients and visitors

• Focuses on creating a positive, empathetic, and welcoming experience for all arrivals

Required Skills

• Strong command of English with clear, confident spoken and written communication

• Familiarity with basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office tools

• Pleasant, friendly, and approachable personality with a professional mindset

• Excellent interpersonal, team-working, and listening skills

• Proactive and dynamic attitude
