Age preferably over 30 years
4-5 years of experience in a customer-facing role
Previous experience in a hospital or healthcare setting will be an added advantage
Willingness to work on a roster, including night shifts
Age between 20-30 years
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service, front office, or administrative role
Background in a healthcare or hospital setting will be an added advantage
Willingness to work on rotational shifts including nights
Responsible for managing front office interactions professionally
Assisting patients and visitors to deliver a seamless care journey
Ensuring smooth coordination between various hospital departments while upholding rigorous service standards
Serves as the first point of contact at the front desk
Offers prompt support, guidance, and direction to patients and visitors
Focuses on creating a positive, empathetic, and welcoming experience for all arrivals
Strong command of English with clear, confident spoken and written communication
Familiarity with basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office tools
Pleasant, friendly, and approachable personality with a professional mindset
Excellent interpersonal, team-working, and listening skills
Proactive and dynamic attitude
