Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar capacity

• Willingness to work on a roster basis and work long hours

• Team player with a dynamic personality and positive attitude

• Should have a pleasing personality

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure a high level of customer service is maintained at the front office area

• Assist customers in a professional way in order to give them a pleasant experience

• Responsible for maintaining the maternity database and registration of patients

• Maintain a good rapport and clear communication with Consultants, patients, and other hospital departments

• Resolve patients’ and customers’ requirements quickly, efficiently, and courteously

• Manage inquiries from all digital platforms related to maternity

• Drive engagement activities and programs related to the maternity sector

Required Skills

• Good communication skills in English & Sinhala

• Proficiency in Tamil will be a distinct advantage

• Voice clarity and courtesy combined with strong listening skills

• Customer service-oriented mindset
