Tokyo Cement Co. (Lanka) PLC is looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join its sales team as a Sales Promotion Officer – Innovation Products for the Maharagama area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for presenting, promoting, and selling company products while maintaining excellent customer relationships and achieving set sales targets.

Qualifications & Experience

• GCE A/L qualification in any stream

• Age between 20 to 30 years

• Minimum of two years of proven work experience as a sales representative

• Must possess a valid riding license

• Preference will be given to candidates residing in the Maharagama area

Key Responsibilities

• Present, promote, and sell products to existing and prospective customers

• Analyze existing and potential customers to identify and meet their requirements

• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships

• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and concerns to maximize satisfaction

• Achieve agreed sales targets and outcomes within the scheduled timeframe

• Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments

• Analyze the territory, market potential, track sales progress, and prepare status reports

• Provide management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, and competitive activities

• Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends

Required Skills

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications

• Highly motivated and target-driven

• Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills

• Verbal and written communication skills in English will be an added advantage
