Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 10 years of professional work experience within a commercial bank.

• Out of the required tenure, at least 3 years of direct exposure working as an Assistant Branch Manager is mandatory.

• Full or part qualification in Banking, or the successful completion of a recognized alternative professional qualification.

• Excellent and comprehensive knowledge of banking operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the overall operational functions of the Corporate Branch to ensure seamless daily workflows.

• Assist the Branch Manager strategically in driving actions to achieve core business targets.

• Achieve localized operational goals while strictly maintaining the regulatory standards of the branch.

• Ensure absolute internal compliance with operating policies, guidelines, corporate procedures, and external regulatory requirements.

• Spearhead the continuous improvement of customer service metrics at the branch to maximize customer satisfaction and retention.

• Manage the corporate branch team effectively to continuously enhance employee motivation and performance levels.
