Qualifications & Experience

• Previous professional experience in management coordination, client servicing, product development, and digital marketing.

• Suitably qualified with comprehensive computer literacy.

• Excellent command of English, covering both spoken and written communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage the daily operations of the Sales & Marketing team to hit organizational targets.

• Oversee management coordination and drive client servicing initiatives to optimize overall consumer satisfaction.

• Develop, monitor, and adapt strategic product development campaigns and modern digital marketing pipelines.

• Ensure clear, proactive communication across operational teams, corporate partners, and external stakeholders.
