Qualifications & Experience

External Candidates

Applicants should possess:

• A certificate of proficiency not below NVQ Level 05 or an equivalent qualification in Graphic Designing accepted by the Tertiary and Vocational Education Commission (TVEC).

Internal Candidates

Employees from the following categories may apply:

• Management Assistant (Non-Tech)
• Primary Level Skilled
• Primary Level Semi-Skilled
• Primary Level Unskilled

Internal applicants should possess either:

• The qualifications required for external applicants

OR

• A one-year certificate course in Graphic Designing or equivalent qualification not below NVQ Level 05

AND

• Minimum five (05) years of service in a permanent post at the NSF.

Key Responsibilities

• Design creative visual materials for institutional publications and promotional campaigns
• Assist in developing graphics for reports, brochures, banners, social media, and presentations
• Support branding and visual identity requirements of the organization
• Prepare digital and print-ready artwork
• Collaborate with internal departments for communication and awareness projects
• Ensure consistency in design quality and organizational standards
• Handle basic image editing and layout designing tasks

Required Skills

• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Creative thinking and visual communication skills
• Knowledge of print and digital media designing
• Time management and multitasking abilities
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Good communication and organizational skills
