Qualifications & Experience

Candidates should possess:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum 5+ years of senior leadership experience
• Proven experience in brand building and revenue growth within retail or premium consumer categories
• Strong multi-channel retail experience including showroom, project, dealer, and digital operations
• Familiarity with import-led businesses, landed cost pricing, and foreign exchange exposure
• Experience working with ERP, CRM, and retail analytics platforms

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute commercial strategies aligned with company objectives
• Drive annual sales growth and business performance across multiple channels
• Manage brand positioning and marketing initiatives in Sri Lanka
• Oversee customer service standards and product selection strategies
• Collaborate with finance teams on P&L responsibilities and business planning
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder and trade partner relationships
• Ensure ethical standards and operational excellence across the organization
