Qualifications & Experience

Candidates should possess:

• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in Banking or Financial Services
• At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role
• Proven experience in branch operations, sales, portfolio growth, and customer relationship management
• Degree or professional qualification in Business Management, Banking, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
• Professional credit management or financial qualifications will be an added advantage

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage overall branch operations to achieve business goals
• Drive business growth through sales, customer relationship management, and portfolio development
• Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction
• Manage and develop branch staff to improve performance and productivity
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Monitor branch performance, prepare reports, and implement action plans
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
