Required Qualifications

External Candidates

Applicants should possess:

• NVQ Level 5 certificate issued by a Technical/Vocational Training Institute accepted by the Tertiary and Vocational Education Commission (TVEC)

OR

• NVQ Level 4 certificate in relevant technical fields along with a minimum of 3 years of industry or teaching experience at a recognized training institute.

Salary Scale

• MA 2-2 – Rs. 50,540 – 90,270
• Salary as at 01.01.2026 – Rs. 46,960
• Government approved allowances will be paid additionally.

Selection Method

Recruitment will be based on:

• Written Competitive Examination and/or
• Structured Interview

Age Limit

• Minimum Age: 18 Years
• Maximum Age: 45 Years
• Upper age limit does not apply to internal candidates.
