Key Qualification Requirements

Depending on the post, applicants should possess:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in relevant fields
• Professional qualifications in ICT, Finance, Aviation, Engineering, Statistics, or Management
• Executive or managerial experience
• Knowledge of aviation systems and regulations
• Strong analytical, technical, and leadership skills

Several positions also require ICAO-approved training, specialized aviation qualifications, or experience in government/public sector institutions.

Salary & Benefits

Director Level

• Salary Scale: HM1-1
• Approximate monthly remuneration: Rs. 251,319

Senior Civil Aviation Inspector / Manager Level

• Salary Scale: MM1-1
• Approximate monthly remuneration: Rs. 205,510

Assistant Manager Level

• Salary Scale: MA 5-3
• Approximate monthly remuneration: Rs. 166,117

Additional allowances and benefits approved by CAASL are also provided depending on the post.

Age Limits

Director

• 35 – 55 years

Manager / Senior Civil Aviation Inspector / Civil Aviation Inspector

• 22 – 45 years

Upper age limit does not apply to eligible internal candidates and certain aviation service personnel.
