Qualifications & Experience
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1–2 years of work experience in Payroll and HR Administration
- Strong knowledge of payroll-related processes and information
- Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Excel including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP
- Female candidates aged between 20–27 years are preferred
- Candidates who can join immediately are encouraged to apply
- Preference will be given to applicants residing close to Nawala
Key Responsibilities
- Handle payroll processing and ensure payroll compliance
- Assist in recruitment processes and job posting activities
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Support onboarding activities for new employees
- Assist with HR administrative functions and data management
- Coordinate employee information updates and reporting
- Ensure accurate payroll records and HR system maintenance
- Support daily HR department operations
Required Skills
- Payroll administration and processing skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and HR systems
- Organizational and administrative management abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of employee information
