Job Profile

Selected candidates will be responsible for:

• Coordinating with clients on requirements, design, and solution architecture
• Designing, developing, testing, and deploying high-quality software solutions
• Implementing new features and fixing software bugs in line with SDLC standards
• Conducting code reviews and maintaining technical documentation
• Ensuring compliance with the Bank’s security, audit, and quality standards.

Candidate Profile

Applicants should possess:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Information Technology, Software Development, or a related field from a recognized institution
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the Banking or Financial sector
• Experience and knowledge in JAVA programming will be an added advantage
• Experience with Databases including SQL and DB2
• Experience in ILE RPG / RPG Free Format Technologies will be an added advantage
• Familiarity with Business Automation Workflow platforms
• Strong knowledge in designing, developing, and implementing software best practices
• Understanding of software development methodologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under demanding conditions when necessary
• AI & Intelligent Automation expertise will be an added advantage.
