About the Role

The company is seeking a dynamic, results-oriented, and experienced professional to oversee end-to-end logistics and warehouse operations while driving operational excellence, efficiency, and supply chain optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage:

• Ensure smooth inbound and outbound logistics operations
• Maintain optimum inventory levels
• Develop and implement logistics and warehouse strategies
• Oversee:
  • Transportation planning
  • Shipment coordination

• Ensure compliance with:
  • Safety standards
  • Quality standards
  • Regulatory requirements
• Monitor:
  • Warehouse efficiency
  • Stock accuracy
  • Operational KPIs
• Coordinate with:

• Supervise logistics and warehouse management teams

Qualifications & Experience

Applicants should possess:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Qualification in:
  • Logistics
  • Supply Chain Management
  • Warehouse Management
  • Business Administration
  • Related field
• Master’s Degree or professional membership will be an added advantage
• Minimum:
  • 15 years of experience in logistics/supply chain/warehouse operations
  • 5 years in a senior managerial capacity
• Strong knowledge of:
  • Inventory management systems
  • ERP/SAP systems
  • Export/import procedures
• Strong:
  • Leadership skills
  • Analytical skills
  • Communication skills
  • Problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
