Job Description

The Finance Assistant will be responsible for handling supplier payments, invoice processing, finance documentation, and supporting day-to-day finance operations within the organization.

This role is ideal for candidates with accounting or finance backgrounds who are looking to grow their career in a fast-paced export industry environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Payable and supplier payment processes
• Process invoices, GRNs, and payment-related documentation accurately
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to resolve discrepancies
• Ensure timely completion of finance deadlines and reporting requirements
• Monitor pending invoices, deliveries, and accrual documentation
• Prepare finance reports related to payables and outstanding transactions

Qualifications & Skills

Applicants should possess:

• Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Part qualification in CA, CIMA, ACCA, or AAT will be an added advantage
• 1–2 years of experience in Finance or Accounts Payable operations
• Good knowledge of invoice processing and supplier payment procedures
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/accounting systems
