Job Description

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing facility operations, safety compliance, maintenance, transport coordination, and overall property administration across company locations.

The role requires strong leadership, operational management skills, and coordination with regulatory authorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee housekeeping, hygiene, garden maintenance, and pest control activities
• Ensure compliance with food safety, tea export standards, and regulatory requirements
• Coordinate with Government Authorities including BOI, CEA, PHI, and local authorities
• Manage utility operations including electricity and water usage
• Supervise repairs, maintenance, and civil construction activities
• Oversee security operations, CCTV systems, and safety procedures
• Evaluate cost-effective operational and security solutions
• Handle procurement coordination and scrap disposal processes
• Manage transport operations including vehicle fleet maintenance and fuel monitoring

Qualifications & Skills

Applicants should possess:

• Degree or Diploma in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in facilities, property, or factory administration
• Strong understanding of facility operations and safety compliance
• Experience in utility management and maintenance coordination
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently

Experience in the tea export or manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.
