Procurement Executive Responsibilities

Selected candidates will be responsible for:

• Monitoring raw materials, accessories, and packing material stocks
• Ordering materials to avoid production interruptions
• Maintaining supplier relationships and negotiating purchase rates
• Ensuring purchases meet quality, quantity, delivery, and pricing standards
• Negotiating and handling import shipments
• Preparing procurement-related reports
• Managing raw material costing activities

Required Qualifications & Skills

Applicants should possess:

• Degree or Advanced Diploma in Purchasing and Logistics Management
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in a similar procurement role
• Manufacturing industry experience will be an added advantage
• Knowledge of:
  • Inventory management principles
  • Import and export procedures
  • Procurement documentation handling
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
• Good communication skills in English
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in MS Excel and computerized work environments
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
