Branch Manager Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall performance of the assigned branch including:
  • Lending
  • Fixed Deposits
  • Gold Loan operations
• Achieve assigned targets and contribute to portfolio growth
• Ensure branch operations run smoothly and efficiently
• Maintain compliance with company procedures and operational standards
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners and stakeholders
• Conduct credit appraisals and evaluations
• Support deposit mobilization and lending activities
• Handle branch administration and operational supervision

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of banking or financial sector experience
• At least 2 years in:
  • Assistant Manager role OR
  • Manager-level branch operations

Educational & Professional Qualifications

• Qualifications in Banking, Marketing, or Credit Management will be an added advantage

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of:
  • Branch operations
  • Customer service standards
  • Deposit and lending products
  • Compliance and internal controls
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good IT literacy
• Strong leadership and administrative abilities
