Quantity Surveyor Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Perform quantity surveying tasks related to construction projects
• Apply surveying methods frequently used in construction work
• Provide administration and reporting support to management
• Prepare measurements, estimates, and project-related documentation
• Support project coordination and cost management activities
• Work collaboratively with internal teams and project stakeholders

Qualifications & Requirements

Educational Qualifications

• HND or Diploma in Quantity Surveying

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in a similar field

Skills & Competencies

• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Knowledge of surveying methods used in construction-related projects
• Good teamwork and coordination abilities
• Ability to prepare reports and maintain project documentation

Age Requirement
