Talent Acquisition Officer Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment processes
• Conduct CV screening and shortlist suitable candidates
• Coordinate interviews and recruitment schedules
• Support onboarding and joining formalities
• Achieve monthly recruitment targets
• Maintain recruitment records and communication with applicants

Qualifications & Requirements

Educational Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in HR Management or a related field

Experience

• Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition

Skills & Competencies

• Fluent in English
• Good computer literacy
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to manage recruitment timelines efficiently
• Attention to detail and organizational skills

Preference

• Candidates living in or around Galle will be given preference
