Key Responsibilities

• Promote and generate investment business opportunities.

• Assist in evaluating property and mortgage-related documents and processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
• Support branch-level investment and customer engagement activities.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Experience

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience for Executive level positions.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience for Senior Executive level positions.

Industry Knowledge

• Strong knowledge and experience in:
  • Property-related services
  • Mortgage-related services
  • Investment and customer relationship management

Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent customer handling and interpersonal skills
• Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to achieve company objectives
• Professional attitude and relationship-building capabilities

Professional Qualifications

• IBSL qualifications or Banking/Management-related qualifications will be considered an added advantage.
• Professional qualifications in:
