Job Description

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and processing client payrolls accurately and efficiently while ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and company procedures.

The role requires excellent organizational abilities, payroll knowledge, and professional communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Process client payrolls accurately and within deadlines
• Maintain payroll records and employee-related documentation
• Prepare statutory payments and payroll-related reports
• Handle payroll queries and coordinate professionally with clients
• Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of payroll information
• Manage payroll operations in a fast-paced BPO environment

Qualifications

Applicants should possess:

• Age below 28 years
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Minimum one year of experience as a Payroll Officer or in a similar role
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Knowledge of:
  • EPF
  • ETF
  • APIT
  • Gratuity payments
• Experience with payroll or HR software systems will be an added advantage
