About the Company

Your Role Will Involve

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Ensuring timely sourcing and supply of raw materials while identifying new sourcing opportunities
• Maintaining strong relationships with industries, waste collectors, suppliers, and customers
• Coordinating with production teams to ensure raw material quality and operational planning
• Managing product sales and distribution to meet customer and business requirements
• Conducting site visits to identify waste management issues and support solution development
• Preparing and following up on technical and commercial proposals for customized waste management solutions
• Supporting sales operations and supply chain activities

Required Qualifications

Applicants should possess:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Management, Environmental Science, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Management, Waste Management, or a related field
• 2–5 years of experience in sales, business development, client coordination, or supply chain operations
• Experience in industrial or environmental sectors will be preferred
• Knowledge of waste management and recycling operations will be an added advantage
• Strong communication, coordination, negotiation, and reporting skills
• MS Office proficiency
• Willingness to travel for field visits
• A valid driving license will be considered an added advantage
