Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for various stages of projects
• Monitor and track project expenses and budgets
• Evaluate change orders and project variations
• Implement effective cost control measures
• Carry out detailed quantity take-offs from engineering drawings and specifications
• Ensure accurate measurement of materials, labor, and equipment quantities
• Review and analyze contracts and project documentation
• Maintain records and documentation related to contracts and project costs

Required Qualifications and Experience

• BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying from a UGC recognized institution
