Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day production and factory operations
• Supervise production teams and ensure operational efficiency
• Plan and coordinate production schedules and workflow
• Monitor production quality and compliance with food safety standards
• Ensure efficient utilization of labor, machinery, and production resources
• Implement process improvements to enhance productivity

Required Qualifications and Experience
