Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and peripherals
• Troubleshoot system and network-related issues
• Perform regular maintenance and software/system updates
• Provide technical support to staff and clients
• Manage IT inventory and hardware documentation
• Assist in maintaining smooth IT operations within the organization
• Ensure timely resolution of technical issues

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates applying for the IT Hardware Assistant vacancy should possess:

• Male candidate aged between 21 – 29 years
• Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in IT hardware or technical support
• Strong knowledge of PC assembly, networking, and troubleshooting
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Good command of English (spoken and written)
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer applications
• Applicants based in or around Colombo will be preferred
• Immediate availability will be considered an added advantage
