Key Responsibilities

• Recruit planned and target numbers of participants for study programmes
• Ensure revenue achievement for educational products and programmes
• Maintain systematic documentation of inquiries and conduct periodic follow-ups
• Handle payment follow-ups and support revenue target achievement
• Build and maintain strong client and student relationships
• Work with confidentiality and professionalism in all operations

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates applying for the Executive – Business School vacancy should possess:

• Full or partial qualification in SLIM, CIM, or other relevant professional qualification
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, business development, or telesales
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and budgets
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
• Sinhala or Tamil language skills will be considered an added advantage
• Strong PR and client relationship management skills
• Age below 30 years
• Willingness to work on weekends if required
