Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the bank’s funds are employed profitably while maintaining Statutory Reserve Requirement (SRR) balances
• Buy and sell foreign currencies according to bank requirements
• Manage Nostro, Vostro, and RMA relationships
• Obtain information from system reports and prepare regular treasury reports
• Maintain records of foreign exchange and interest rate movements
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships
• Manage treasury operations to enhance fee-based income

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates applying for the Senior Dealer / Dealer vacancy should possess:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Treasury or a related banking capacity
• Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university or full professional qualification in Banking
• Professional qualification in Foreign Exchange Dealing as prescribed by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka
• Diploma in Treasury and Risk Management will be considered an added advantage
• Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and take initiatives proactively
