Job Description

The Internal Auditor will oversee internal audit processes, evaluate financial systems, and ensure compliance with regulations and organizational policies. The role requires analytical thinking, accuracy, and strong financial knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct internal audits across departments
• Evaluate financial and operational processes

Requirements

Educational Qualifications

Candidates must possess one of the following qualifications:

• Intermediate level qualification of:
  • Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka (ICASL)
  • OR Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA)
  • OR Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA)

OR

• Degree in:
  • Management
  • Accounting
  • Commerce

OR

• Higher National Diploma in Accountancy

Experience

• Minimum 3 years post-qualifying experience in:
  • Accounting
  • Finance
• Experience should be gained in:
  • Government Department
  • OR Corporation / Board
  • OR Reputed private organization
