Job Description

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing marketing strategies to promote the company’s products and expand market reach. The role involves coordinating marketing activities, analyzing market trends, and supporting business growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies and plans
• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends
• Promote graphite products in local and international markets
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Coordinate sales and marketing campaigns
• Prepare marketing reports and performance analysis
• Support business development and expansion initiatives

Requirements

Educational Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Commerce recognized by the University Grants Commission

OR

• Intermediate level qualification in CIM or SLIM with at least one year of relevant post-qualification experience

Experience

• Minimum one year of post-qualification experience in the relevant field

Age Limit

• Between 22 – 45 years

General Requirements

• Sri Lankan citizen
• Physically and mentally fit for the role
• Willingness to work at Colombo Head Office or Kahatagaha Mine
• Excellent moral character

Salary & Benefits

• Salary Scale: MM 1-1 (Rs. 91,690 – 168,240) (effective from 01.01.2027)
• Current Salary: Rs. 81,710 (as of 01.01.2026 as per MSD Circular 01/2025)
