The Business Development Officer will be responsible for expanding the company’s client base, supporting insurance sales, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The role requires good communication skills and industry awareness.

🎯 Requirements

🎓 Qualifications

• Passed G.C.E O/L and/or A/L

🧑‍💼 Experience

• 1–2 years of experience in the General Insurance industry
• Experience in motor / fire insurance is an added advantage

📜 Additional Certifications (Advantage)

• Insurance Foundation Certificate (IFC) – SLII
• Professional Certificate in Marketing (PCM) – SLIM

🧠 Skills

• Strong communication & interpersonal skills 🗣️
• Good computer literacy (MS Office, Outlook, Excel, Google Drive) 💻
• Sales and client handling ability
• Self-motivated and target-driven mindset 🎯

🎂 Age Requirement

• Between 23 – 30 years
