Farmchemie (Private) Limited, a leading manufacturer, exporter, and supplier of veterinary and feed products, is seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Warehouse Officer to oversee inventory management, warehouse operations, and logistics coordination.

🎯 Job Responsibilities

• Ensure inventory accuracy through regular stock counts and reconciliation
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods
• Conduct checks on received goods before issuing GRNs
• Maintain accurate documentation for all goods received and dispatched
• Label and organize stock items properly
• Monitor warehouse performance and employee productivity
• Manage shipments and inventory transactions efficiently
• Maintain records and generate warehouse reports
• Identify process improvements and enhance operational efficiency
• Ensure effective use of warehouse space (layout & bin management)
• Handle additional duties as assigned for operational success

🎓 Required Qualifications

✔️ Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse operations

✔️ Skills & Competencies

• Strong inventory management and coordination skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
• Ability to manage warehouse processes efficiently
• Good organizational and reporting skills
