J.N. Interiors, a leading interior designing and civil construction company in Sri Lanka, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team.

🔹 Scope of Work / Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations and tender documents (compulsory)
• Take site measurements and prepare interim and final bills
• Perform advanced costing and estimation
• Manage project cost control and ensure financial efficiency
• Support project execution with accurate quantity surveying data

This role requires strong expertise in construction estimation, tendering, and cost management.

🎓 Required Qualifications

✔️ Educational Requirements

• Degree or HND in Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualification

✔️ Experience

• Minimum 1–2+ years of experience (higher experience preferred for senior role)

✔️ Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge in MEP work (definite advantage)
• Expertise in costing and tendering processes
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage project timelines and deliverables

✔️ Age Requirement

• Between 25 – 35 years
