📖 Job Description

As an Engineer (Civil) at Sri Lanka Telecom, you will play a key role in supporting the company’s advanced infrastructure development.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Planning and designing civil engineering aspects of telecom infrastructure
• Overseeing construction, installation, and maintenance activities
• Ensuring compliance with engineering standards and safety regulations
• Supporting infrastructure expansion aligned with digital transformation initiatives
• Coordinating with cross-functional teams for efficient project delivery

🎓 Required Qualifications

Applicants must fulfill one of the following:

✔️ Option A

• Four-year Degree in BSc Engineering (Civil Engineering)
• From a UGC-recognized university in Sri Lanka
• Recognized by the Institution of Engineers, Sri Lanka (IESL)
• Equivalent to SLQF Level 6

✔️ Option B

• Associate Membership (Civil Engineering) of the
  Institution of Engineers, Sri Lanka (IESL)

🎯 Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of civil engineering design & construction
• Experience in infrastructure or telecom-related projects (preferred)
• Ability to manage and supervise field operations
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
