🎯 Job Role

As a Vice Principal, you will play a key leadership role in overseeing school operations, staff management, and maintaining high academic standards.

📋 Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Principal in academic and administrative management 📚
• Ensure implementation of school policies, curriculum, and discipline standards
• Lead, guide, and mentor teaching staff 👩‍🏫
• Manage student welfare, discipline, and extracurricular activities
• Act as Principal in their absence and make key decisions
• Maintain high educational and operational standards

🎓 Qualifications & Experience

• Master’s Degree in Education, Administration, or related field (preferred) 🎓
• Bachelor’s Degree in Education or equivalent (mandatory)
• Minimum 5–10 years experience in leadership within an educational institution
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in curriculum planning and teacher supervision
• Fluency in English (spoken & written)
• Good IT and digital administration skills 💻
• Age below 55 years
