🎯 Job Role

As a Draughtsman (MEP), you will be responsible for creating technical drawings, coordinating with engineers and clients, and supporting HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection system designs.

📋 Key Responsibilities

• Prepare design drawings and tender drawings 📐
• Generate CAD models using AutoCAD / ZWCAD / Revit
• Design HVAC systems (ducting, piping, layouts, calculations)
• Prepare plumbing, drainage & fire protection layouts
• Create shop drawings, construction drawings & as-built drawings
• Conduct site visits and quantity take-offs
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants
• Ensure designs meet safety and structural standards
• Provide technical support to project teams

🎓 Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma / Higher Diploma in a relevant field 🎓
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in MEP drafting
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD / Revit / CAD tools
• Good computer skills (MS Word, Excel)
• Strong communication skills (English)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Exposure to foreign projects (added advantage)
