🧾 Key Responsibilities

• Plan & execute construction projects within budget & timeline
• Manage project cost (approx. LKR 450 Million)
• Coordinate subcontractors & workforce
• Handle procurement of materials & equipment
• Oversee site operations & project progress
• Ensure quality compliance (CIDA/SBD standards)
• Maintain safety regulations & site audits
• Prepare reports & documentation
• Identify risks & implement mitigation strategies

🎓 Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management
• 8–12 years experience in building construction
• Experience in large-scale projects (300M+ LKR)
• Strong subcontractor & workforce network

💡 Key Skills

• Leadership & team management

• Planning tools (MS Project / Primavera)

2️⃣ Technical Officer (Male) – Mannar

🎓 Requirements

• NDT / NCT / TTI qualification
• Minimum 5 years experience
• Good knowledge in construction field
• Planning & organizing skills

3️⃣ Site Supervisor (Male) – Mannar

🎓 Requirements

• NCT / NVQ Level 4 or 5
• Minimum 5 years experience
• Sound knowledge in building construction
• Ability to manage site activities
