🎯 Candidate Requirements

• 🎓 Part qualification in IBSL / CIM / Banking / Sales / Marketing
• ⏳ 3–5 years experience in retail banking or consumer finance
• 🏡 Experience in housing loans is an added advantage
• 📈 Proven sales track record in banking/financial services
• 💡 Knowledge of credit evaluation and risk assessment
• 🗣 Strong communication, negotiation & sales skills
• 🧠 Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
• ⚡ Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
