💼 Key Responsibilities

• 📊 Analyze hospital datasets (HIS, medical records, CRM, claims)
• 🧹 Ensure data accuracy through validation and standardization
• 📈 Develop dashboards & reports using Power BI, Tableau, or Excel
• 🏥 Analyze patient volumes, costs, revenue, and claims
• 🔮 Apply predictive models for forecasting and resource planning
• 🤝 Support decision-making in claims, pricing, and patient satisfaction
• 📊 Benchmark performance and suggest operational improvements

🎯 Candidate Profile

• 🎓 Degree in Data Analytics, Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field
• 🧠 Minimum 10 years’ experience (with 5+ years in leadership)
• 🏥 Healthcare/hospital experience preferred
• 📊 Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills
• 🗣 Excellent communication (written & verbal)
• 💻 Experience with BI tools (Power BI/Tableau) is an advantage
• ⚡ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
