🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Deliver lectures for undergraduate programs in Accounting & Finance 🎓
• Teach specialized and general subjects including management & economics
• Conduct research and contribute to academic publications 📊
• Prepare teaching materials, assessments, and student evaluations
• Support curriculum development and academic program improvement
• Engage in student mentoring and academic guidance
• Participate in faculty activities and institutional development

🎓 Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting / Finance / Banking (First Class or Second Upper preferred)
• Master’s Degree in a related field (Highly desirable)
• Minimum 2+ years teaching experience in a recognized institution
• Strong research background with academic publications 📑
• Familiarity with Pearson BTEC / HND programs is an added advantage
• Ability to work on weekdays and weekends as required
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
