• Europe

🧾 Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage export documentation 📄
• Request and handle freight quotations
• Coordinate with forwarding agents and banks for timely shipments
• Prepare weekly export reports (confirmed, pending & delivered goods)
• Ensure smooth export operations and compliance
• Knowledge of TIEP process is required

🎓 Qualifications & Skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel (Power BI is an advantage) 📊
• Strong skills in data analysis & reporting
• Ability to create presentations (PowerPoint)
• Good command of English language

💼 Experience

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience preferred
• Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply 🎓
• Willingness to work extended hours when required

🎯 Additional Requirements

• Age below 40 years
• Knowledge in export processes is an advantage
• CHA certification will be an added advantage
