🚀 Job Description

You will design and build end-to-end full-stack solutions, working across backend APIs and modern frontend applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

This role is ideal for developers passionate about scalable systems, clean code, and modern frameworks.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deliver full-stack features end-to-end
• Develop and extend RESTful APIs using .NET
• Build modern frontend apps using React & TypeScript
• Collaborate with stakeholders to convert business needs into technical solutions
• Conduct code reviews across frontend & backend
• Use AI-assisted tools for development and productivity
• Maintain clean, scalable, and maintainable code
• Improve development workflows with automation & DevOps
• Ensure timely delivery and high-quality outputs

🧠 Essential Requirements

• 5+ years software development experience
• At least 3+ years in full-stack development
• Strong skills in:
  • .NET (C#)
  • REST APIs
  • SQL Server / T-SQL
• Strong experience in:
  • React
  • TypeScript
  • State management (Redux, Zustand, or TanStack Query)
• Familiarity with frontend tools:
  • Vite / Webpack
• Knowledge of:
  • SOLID principles
  • Software architecture & design patterns
• Experience with:
  • CI/CD (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions)
• Excellent communication & problem-solving skills

🤖 AI & Development Tools

• Experience with tools like:
  • GitHub Copilot
  • Cursor or similar
• Ability to:
  • Write effective prompts
  • Validate AI-generated code
  • Improve development efficiency using AI

⭐ Preferred Skills

• Experience with ERP / enterprise systems
• Knowledge of Playwright or modern testing frameworks
• UI frameworks:
  • Ant Design / Material UI
• Understanding of:
  • UI/UX patterns
  • Component-driven design
• Experience in:
  • Prompt engineering
  • AI workflow optimization
• Domain knowledge in rental/hire systems (bonus)
• Experience with .NET WinForms

🎓 Qualifications

• Degree in:
  • IT / Computer Science / Software Engineering
• Microsoft certifications (added advantage)
