🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for ATM/CRM systems and hardware
• Perform troubleshooting and maintenance of ATM-related equipment
• Handle electronic equipment support tasks
• Ensure proper functioning of ATM systems and peripherals

🧠 Required Qualifications & Skills

🎓 Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related field
  OR
• One-year Diploma in Information Technology

📜 Professional Qualifications

• Certifications in Microsoft Windows (added advantage)

💼 Work Experience

• Minimum 03 years experience in:
  • PC, Desktop, and ATM/CRM hardware maintenance
  • Hardware troubleshooting and technical support
• Hands-on experience with ATM systems and internal components

💻 Technical Knowledge

• Knowledge of ATM/CRM/CDM internal components
• Understanding of operating systems and technical protocols
• Ability to operate tools, peripherals, and system components

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

🎯 Age Limit

• 30 years or below at the closing date
